WORDING THE INVITATION
Your mother had "custody" of you, your father paid for college, but your grandmother raised you. Now they all want to know who's getting the credit... on your wedding invitation, that is. A unique family situation calls for a carefully-worded invitation. Below, examples that range from the traditional to the sublime. If all else fails, remember, you and your groom can always announce your own wedding, sans any relative references.

Feel free to add titles such as Dr. or military rank to any name, the first name of women involved in the wedding, or your own middle names at will.
